These fares include meals but don’t include a checked bag.
If you book direct with the airline you’ll pay around £90 return (or more) for a bag. It’s worth looking at the travel agents on Skyscanner (e.g. TravelUp) to see if adding a bag through them is cheaper.

Routing
The Heathrow flights are non-stop in both directions, flights from other airports have one short connection in each direction.
