The British Airways sale has started earlier than usual and has some great fares on *non-stop* flights worldwide.
Some of the sale fares aren’t any cheaper than the standard fares we’ve been seeing for the last few weeks, so I’ve only included fares that are cheaper than usual below.
The best fares are those to Sydney, Singapore, Nairobi, Punta Cana, San Jose (Costa Rica), Philadelphia, New Orleans and Nashville.
When searching for these fares, bear in mind that these are good value for non-stop flights but there may be lower fares with a connection en-route. You’ll see fares on connecting flights when you search in Skyscanner or Momondo alongside the non-stop BA fares.
All of the fares below are on non-stop flights from Heathrow. Many of these routes are also available from other UK airports for around £60 more return:
Asia & Australia
Middle East & Africa
Central & South America, & Caribbean
All prices are for a return economy flight in UK pounds.
Vary widely for each route. The sale fares are available on most routes between January and March ’19, and also available later in the year for some routes.
British Airways, American Airlines
All fares include meals but don’t include a checked bag (except the Tokyo flights). A checked bag costs between £20 and £60 return, depending on the route, when you add it during the booking process.
These flights are non-stop in both directions, except they Sydney flights which have a stop in Singapore in both directions.

How to Find and Book This Deal
1. Click the relevant Google Flights link in the list above. In Google Flights click the ‘from’ date to see a calendar of prices. Look for dates with the lowest prices. You can change the length of your trip in the bottom left corner of the calendar.
2. Click the relevant Momondo/Kayak/Skyscanner link above (I link to the cheapest one for each search). Search using the dates you found in Google Flights and book with one of the online travel agencies in the search results. The prices should be cheaper here but if they’re not go back to Google Flights and book from there. Why are flights cheaper via Momondo/Skyscanner?
If there’s no link to Momondo/Kayak/Skyscanner above then I recommend you book directly from the links in Google Flights.
